This isn’t a platform designed to push one specific way of thinking onto anyone. My aim is not to sway you towards any one philosophy or belief system. Instead, I want to share what I’ve learned along my journey - the tools, methods, and ideas that have proven useful to me, and explore them together. I’m not asking for fees for any of this. This is fun, enlightening, and what I’m supposed to be doing.
My odyssey through life has been profoundly rich and rewarding, and it is my privilege to chronicle this experience.
This repository is more than a mere collection; it is an act of gratitude for the wisdom that history has bestowed upon us, a testament to our own self-discovery, and an expression of love for humanity. It is our collective responsibility to assemble, document, and disseminate the truths that bind us.
I’ve spent years in conventional colleges and places of higher learning, achieving recognition and rewards in the fields I’ve studied. I have spent much of my life in the field of psychology and have done fairly well at my attempts to help people.
There are numerous methods we’ve come up with to bring people back to a healthy existence. The aim of all of them is to make a person more involved with society, more certain of their decisions, gain self-esteem, remain abstinent of troublesome addictions, and feel real self-worth. I’d be leaving out an important part of being happy if following a great food plan wasn’t mentioned.
Throughout this site, you’ll find opportunities to support the cause, whether through responding to the blog, contacting us through the chat feature, or telepathically getting to a place where I notice you is a good idea. These are things you’ll find may enrich your journey.
As you navigate this portal, you’ll discover a tapestry of teachings and truths that have illuminated my journey. This site is envisioned as a sanctuary of knowledge, akin to a library brimming with the essence of life’s past, present, and future.
Let’s build a dialogue where exploration is encouraged, growth is celebrated, and generosity - of spirit and knowledge- finds room to flourish.
The Greek word for happiness is “Eudaimonia”. In its translation we find it also refers to: fulfilment, living a good (moral) life, human flourishing, and moral or spiritual success. You will find here many of the results of my search for the path to a happy life.
